A Story of Immigrants
James Kim arrived in the United States in the early 1980s with dreams of building a better life. Finding his path in construction, he built his career through dedication and craftsmanship, often working from dawn until dusk.
When his sons Daniel and Patrick were born in the 1990s, James instilled in them the values of resilience and integrity that had guided his journey. Though the brothers initially pursued different paths, they were drawn back to construction in 2019, connecting with the same sense of purpose that inspired their father.
Today, they continue James's legacy of excellence, building spaces that serve their community while honoring the foundation of hard work and dedication their father established.
Leadership
Daniel has a background in ecological restoration and land management, which he later transitioned to commercial construction to drive positive business impact within his community. As the office head at PDK Corporation, he oversees a range of responsibilities, from project management to estimation. Daniel is deeply passionate about nature, built environments, and sustainability, bringing this enthusiasm to his work in shaping projects that support both business and environmental goals.

Patrick brings a strong background in sales, architectural design, and visual concepts to his role at PDK Corporation. Leveraging his interpersonal skills, he primarily manages field operations and serves as the superintendent for the company's projects. With a passion for car mechanics, aesthetics, and culinary arts, Patrick combines creativity and technical expertise in both his professional and personal pursuits.
