PDK Corporation tackled a challenging 3-unit space plagued by unpermitted work and ADA compliance issues. Despite space constraints, we completely renovated the interior, bringing all units up to code. Our coordinated team of tradesmen successfully completed the project, passing all inspections and restoring the space for public use.
